India Today – Lecture at the University of Copenhagen 'On Food and Commensality', by Manpreet K. Janeja and Stig Toft Madsen

To celebrate the new study programme 'Modern India and South Asian Studies' at the University of Copenhagen, and as part of India Today/Copenhagen Tomorrow, a series of late afternoon lectures open to the public were held in the autumn, where the audience learned about traditional Ayurveda medicine, yoga, Indian food culture and pilgrimages.
