Fellowships

Henning Holck-Larsen Fellowships totalling USD 3 million were awarded to Indian and Danish engineers to enable them to carry out research in the life sciences in Denmark and India, respectively. The fellowships have been established by the Holck-Larsen Foundation, Novozymes and the Danish Technical University with the Holck-Larsen Foundation donating USD 1.5 million in funding and Novozymes donating USD 1.5 million. Haldor Topsoe A/S provided Holck-Larsen scholarships for 6 Indian PhD. students to carry out their studies in chemistry, catalysis and engineering at leading Indian universities. The scholarships also covered extended stays at Danish institutions. Yearly budget: USD 200.000. Haldor Topsoe A/S was in charge of this fellowship programme.
