INDIA : ART NOW at ARKEN

In the autumn of 2012 ARKEN dedicated its entire special exhibition area to a comprehensive presentation of Indian contemporary art. The participating artists were Rina Banerjee, Hemali Bhuta, Atul Dodiya, Sheela Gowda, Shilpa Gupta, Subodh Gupta, Jitish Kallat, Reena Kallat, Rashmi Kaleka, Bharti Kher, Ravinder Reddy, Vivan Sundaram and the artist duo Thukral & Tagra. Many of the artists had created new works especially for the ARKEN exhibition.
